Google Analytics Cookies
Google Analytics is an industry standard statistical analysis interface that allows us to measure the number of visitors to the site, which pages are most popular, bandwidth used etc. and it also assists us in detecting errors and malfunctioning pages on the site. Google Analytics does log your IP address however we have no mechanism in place to identify individual users, nor will we ever use any information from Google Analytics to attempt to contact you.
Whats happens to my personal information?
We store personal details of anyone contacting us via this website using the contact form or by email, and also information from persons booking courses via the online booking system.
Email/contact form details are deleted as soon as we have no further use for them, and all details held are reviewed on a 3 monthly basis.
Details of course bookings are retained by us to enable us to ensure delegates have all necessary details pre-course and also to enable us to deliver certificates etc. post-course. The details of all delegates that attend and pass a course are retained by us in order to verify course attendance in future, until a period of 6 months after the expiry of the qualification.
In practice this means a maximum of 3 years and 6 months from your course date for qualifications that are certified for 3 years, or 1 year and 6 months for courses that are certified for 1 year.
If you do not wish for us to retain your details in accordance with any of the above, please contact us and we will delete them immediately. If at anytime you are concerned about what information we hold about you, please get in touch as soon as possible.
We will NEVER give any details obtained on this site by any method to any third party unless required to do so by law, with the exception of supplying our awarding body, Qualsafe Awards, with details sufficient for the issue of certificates.
